Answer: Drink more water!
I know I probably sound like a broken record but DRINK MORE WATER! You can’t have enough of this liquid gold, its a must. The adequate intake for women is roughly 2.2Litres which is about 9 cups per day. For men its slightly higher with the adequate daily intake of roughly 3Litres, which is about 13 cups of water.
Water is important for many reasons, for example water flushes toxin out of your vital organs and helps carry the much needed nutrients to your cells. Lack of water can land you in a situation where you find yourself very dehydrated (not enough water) this can result in major head aches, feeling dry and thirsty. This means that you’re not receiving enough water for your body to carry out its daily functions. Even the mildest condition of dehydration can make you very lethargic.
Even when you’re not thirsty just sip on water, if you are thirsty it means you are already dehydrated! Work hard guys you’ll get to your dream goal and remember in doing so, drink more water!
